At Oeuvr, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchases.

In saying so, we are happy to accept returns on all full-priced items for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund.

Once your return has been confirmed, you then have 5 business days to return the item(s) to us.

We are unable to offer exchanges and recommend returning the item for a full refund and reordering your desired product or size.



All items must be in their original condition; unworn, unused, unwashed with the brand tag attached.

All footwear must be in their original condition as stated above, with no markings or scratches on the sole.

Dust bags must also be returned with the shoe if it was delivered with the shoe.

We do not refund swimwear due to hygiene.

No refund on earrings, due to hygiene reasons. Necklaces and rings can be returned.

OEUVR is not responsible for any stolen or missing parcels, after the parcel has been delivered to the nominated address. It is under 

Sale items are non-refundable.

For all returns, please email our Customer Care team through to receive a return label.

Once our team is satisfied that your return meets our Return Policy, you will be contacted by our Customer Care team for an email notification once processed. All domestic returns sent via our return label will incur a $10 fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount. 



Please contact our Customer Care team to request for a return. You will be required to pay for your own shipping costs if you decide to return your order, we do not cover international return shipping.

NOTE: Both Domestic and International returns are at customers own expense. You will receive a prepaid return label which will then be deducted from your refund amount for domestic orders.  



We will provide the refund to the original form of payment less any shipping charges.

Please allow up to 5-10 business days for refunds to credit cards, depending on your financial institution.



Oeuvr reserves the right to reject returns at our own discretion. If your item is not accepted for a refund, it will be retuned to you. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
